Fixed AND Adjustable
We offer Fixed Rate Mortgages with various terms to choose from. For more flexibility, you can choose an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (often called an ARM). Plus, our ARMs can be converted to a fixed rate mortgage, protecting you from future rate hikes.
Competitive rates and programs are also available for Jumbo Mortgages up to $500,000. Higher loan amounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you build it…
When you want to build a home, we have several Construction Loans designed to meet your needs. We offer both fixed & adjustable rate loans that convert to mortgages when construction is complete. We will even work with first time home buyers.
